Going into the final weeks leading up to the Napa Valley Marathon (March 1). Here’s what the schedule looks like:
Sunday, Jan. 25: 18 miles – meet at Santa Rosa Youth Park @ 7:30am
Sunday, Feb. 1: 19 miles – TBD
Sunday, Feb. 8: 20-22 miles – Napa
Sunday, Feb. 15: 10-12 miles – TBD
Sunday, Feb. 22: 8-10 miles – TBD
Sunday, March 1: the Marathon!!!
Yes, we’re that close! Three more long runs, then we taper. Time to pamper yourself in between long runs and eat & drink amazingly well.
