The target marathon for this class is the Napa Valley Marathon, March 2, 2014
Those who wish to sign up must do so through the Santa Rosa Recreation and Parks Department before January 5 – http://ci.santa-rosa.ca.us/departments/recreationandparks/programs/Pages/default.aspx
Advanced runners must be able to run at least 15 miles. This class is a two-month prep course for the marathon with long runs every Sunday morning. The class will increase its distance incrementally up to the marathon distance.
